We are happy to offer an exchange in the following cases:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product.
• If you receive the wrong item in your order.

4. process: once we receive the damaged product we will process the exchange or replacement  within 6 to 7 days

• Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
• Custom-made or personalized jewellery is specially crafted for you and cannot be exchanged.
